Congratulations on taking the first step in bettering yourself! When you start therapy with me, you are taking the first step toward making a positive difference in your life, and I am excited to take that journey with you. My approachable style and personality will make you feel comfortable immediately.

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist located in Florida and licensed to practice telehealth in most states. I focus on a collaborative, client-centered approach to treatment in which I prioritize the therapeutic relationship as the most significant catalyst to change. I am well-versed in a range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy, and tailor my approach to each client's unique background, needs, and preferences. I specialize in anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, life transitions, relationship issues, and teenage/college/graduate school-specific stressors.
