About Me
I became a psychologist because I genuinely enjoy helping people navigate the challenges that life inevitably brings. Starting therapy can be a meaningful first step toward creating positive change in your life, and I feel fortunate to be able to be a part of that journey. My approachable and down-to-earth style helps create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself from the very beginning.
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist based in Florida and licensed to provide telehealth in almost every state. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy and believe that feeling comfortable, understood, and genuinely connected to your therapist is an important part of creating meaningful change. I am well-versed in a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Interpersonal Therapy, and I tailor my approach to each client's unique background, needs, and preferences.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and the stressors that often come with being a teen, college student, graduate student, young professional, or new mother. Above all, I am committed to creating a warm, trusting, and open environment where you can feel understood, supported, and free to be yourself.
I truly love what I do and feel lucky to have a career that allows me to connect with people and support them through different stages of their lives. I look forward to getting to know you and being a part of your therapy journey.
